I received warning messages on my second mobile phone. This phone I use for Uber. They know everything, where I go where I live and where I intent to live. This is high level crime, it is no different than the case of Veronica Guerin one of the most professional Irish crime reporter's who was killed on 26th June 1996 by low life scum. They even knew the content of the breaking news that is now published. I have no doubt this little mafia mob helper working in the digital Intel community will be caught; prosecuted and exposed, I am offering a reward of 90,000 euro for this individual.

A word of warning to Nova Group I will not be intimidated. I will not back down unlike some other professional journalists having to because they have family to look after. I do not have family to care for and no way will I back down. I will see this through right to the very end.

Nova is a name that I have tried to find out more about. Is Nova a construction company? Or an estate agency? Who are the directors? I could not find anything anywhere. One thing was very clear, in my sales contract Rony Fineman was listed as sales director and Lon Ballard was listed as Co, sales director.

There is no more Nova Group it is now dissolved. For a company with many hotels, condominiums and other developments with nearly every development having the title of Nova in most of the building names it is very strange that it is dissolved. Maybe it wasn't making money?

What I want to happen?

My objective is to make sure that Rony Fineman, Lon Ballard and Rattanarat Chaikhundechanuwattana (Nikki) can never hold a position as director of any company in Thailand. They should be banned on being on any condominium committee in Thailand. Rattanarat Chaikhundechanuwattana (Nikki) should never be allowed to work as a juristic person in any capacity in any condominium in Thailand, and the people who signed the withdrawal document to take my juristic fees out of the Nova juristic account should be put in prison. We wait and see what will happen?

The outcome of my case will let potential property buyers know to invest or not to invest in Thailand?
