Due to recent events I have experienced in Merida Mexico, I can guarantee there will be no out of Court settlement even if I was offered two million euro. The Irish scum have to be brought to Justice. A criminal investigation will commence before the end of July 2024.

What a piece of work. Nikki or her real name is Rattanarat Chaikhundechanuwattana was the condo manager in Nova Mirage when I gave her a bank draft for 400,000 baht. I also gave her 200,000 baht in cash as she advised me she could not accept another bank cheque. I have receipts for both the cheque and money. She denies having any part of what has happened with my properties. I have evidence that she was involved in the Court proceedings of my properties. So come on Nikki, come sue me as I am stating you were very much involved in defrauding me out of my properties.
On Rattanarat Chaikhundechanuwattana Facebook she is boosting that she is still working at Laguna heights Condominium.
I don't know why she has a seconded face book profile, maybe she has a lot of friends that will not all fit on one profile? Profile number 2
Why would anyone buy or rent a place anywhere she is working in?
In one of her emails she sent to me (see below) I don't know what her intentions would have been after she located me by my IP address? She signed off with all her credentials.

Merida Mexico
After talking to someone in Ireland today I was advised to publish what is happening to me in the beautiful city of Merida Mexico. In the summer time of 2023 I had intruders in my home. They did not take anything but made sure I knew someone was in my place. New locks were installed. I now find these mafia lapdog helpers are still able to enter my home using a key or some other device to open the door. I always leave money on the table because when it’s gone I know someone was in but the money is never taken.
They are slowly taking my clothes. So far they got my leather jacket, one trouser and four shirts, a track suit and two weeks ago they took two 10kg weights. 10kg weights is not something that will roll under the chair and it is not something you would hide also these two 10kg weights equals 44lb and a man would not carry them to far before having to let them down for a while. This is gas lighting. This is their way of letting me know the power they are holding over me. To Nova’s defense I do not believe any one in Thailand is authorizing this as they are of a different caliber educated and successful; this is the mafia cult in Baldoyle Dublin who thought up and planed out this high level fraud. It has all the trademarks of scientology. For people who think; get CCTV, well all they have to do is turn of the electricity before they enter. These people can get access to everything, lapdog helpers everywhere. It is not going to end well for them.
Mexico Puerto Escondido
I was renting an apartment at Calle Delfines, Puerto Escondido, Mexico. In October 2022 I found out the Landlady (a women in her late forty’s) was contacted by some people. I call them low life pieces of crap, mafia mob helpers whose only interest was in me and what my intentions were about my properties I have been defrauded out off. Needless to say I did not hang around Puerto Escondido after finding out that information which did not come from the landlady and did not go down well when I informed her of this information. Little Mafia helpers everywhere. It is quite strange how they got my location? Although I did have my home broken into a few times when I returned home to Ireland in April 2022. All my travel flight and accommodation arrangements went missing then they suddenly returned? Many little mafia mob helpers even in Dublin.
